| 岗位要求与职责 |
描述(Job Descriptions)：
1.Application Software Development in HVAC Product;
2.Member of Software Engineer Team,lead projects for NPI (New Product Introduction);
3.Develop product software requirements;specifications;products & solutions Develop enhancements & derivative SW changes on existing products.
4.Work with other members of team, to ensure software is fully validated.
5.Provide appropriate documentation to support & progress the work carried out.
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1.BS and above in computer science or related major.
2.Experienced in embedded software design of MCU.
3.Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET.
4.ANSI C/C++ programming skill is mandatory, above 2 years software design experience.
5.Good English communication skills.
6.Experience in Thermostat, HVAC control product is a plus.
